Return Policy
At XBQDD, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons:
Jewelry that has been worn.
Apparel with removed tags or signs of wear.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewelry or intimate apparel.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at care@xbqdd.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of billing cycles, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that we can only refund the cost of the item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at care@xbqdd.com with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
7. Final Sale Items
Any item marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
